Our client is part of a major international food-manufacturing group, who is known as a market leader within the chilled food-manufacturing arena. The site is based in Lincolnshire and having visited it recently I can definitely say that it's an open and friendly environment. With this group having a large number of sites throughout the UK and Europe there are excellent opportunity to progress.

In this role you will audit, monitor and evaluate both operational and quality systems/procedures, ensuring compliance to both systems.  You will be responsible for maintaining and promoting overall quality standards in line with business and customer requirements.

You must understand and apply the business Quality Standards ensuring company, customer and legislative requirements are met and maintained by setting standards and monitoring good manufacturing practices, applying HACCP principles and preventing reoccurrence of non conformance against these standards.

You will also assist the C.I. Manager/Technical Department in carrying out full investigations including tractability for all out of spec results and customer complaints.

You will carry out routine traceability on a daily basis.
