As the Senior Applications Specialist you will be focusing on Europe, and have responsibility for managing strategic and key snack accounts renowned in their sectors.  This will entail leading and managing research projects, developing innovative concepts to push existing boundaries and working closely with a team of developers, technicians and flavourists. 

Ideally, you will need to have some snack or ingredients experience gained either in a R&D or Production environment and be able to manage the critical path of product development.
