If so, I have a great opportunity for a Senior Development Technologist.

Our client based in Lincolnshire, produces a wide range of chilled, short shelf life food products for most of the UK's major retailers. The site is part of a large international food group that is a market leader in the chilled food arena. Due to its large number of sites throughout the UK and Europe the opportunity to progress within the Group is endless.

In this role you will innovate new products and processes in response to customer briefs to maintain and grow a creative catalogue of products for the customer. You will manage focused development of new products to deliver the required margin for the customer and the business.

You will also monitor and benchmark product quality of new and existing products and raise issues with Development Manager if necessary. You must work to critical path plans, organise and control resources to deliver products and processes to an agreed quality and timescale.

To apply for this role you must have:

• A creative and forward thinking mindset.
• At least 2 years experience within an NPD role.
• Good communicate skills in order to communicate at all levels.
