Job Description

Our client is a national food manufacturer based in Northamptonshire, it is a fast paced, dynamic business looking to grown their specifications department.

As Specifications Technologist you will be responsible for the origination of detailed and accurate technical product specifications for the major UK retailers.  You will also have responsibilities to maintain and update existing product specifications in accordance with company, legislative and customer requirements to ensure that technical product details on product packaging are accurate and up to date.  In addition you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality attribute sheets in line with both customer and the businesses expectations.

You will be educated to degree level and have experience working with retailer based specification systems.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to challenge to ensure time scales are met and information is correct first time.
