Our client is a large fast paced chilled food manufacturer supplying major retailers with short shelf life food products. The business has an exciting product range that match lifestyle foods. This site forms part of an international food group that is known to be a market leader within the chilled food arena.  

Reporting into a Team Manager you will co-ordinate the operation of designated machinery and people to ensure effective manufacture of the highest quality products.

You must ensure that food safety and product specifications are met in line with company and customer standards.

You will manage resource to ensure effective performance of your team/area, working to and exceeding KPIs set by the business.

The hours for the role are 6am - 6pm on a continental shift pattern.

The roles are based in Despatch and Packing.

• Good understanding of the manufacturing process specific to the area, including efficiency and quality standards
