Managing the Technical team you will ensure that Food safety and Quality standards are implemented and adhered to and that site KPI's are achieved whilst maintaining 100% customer service levels. You will maintain company technical systems and work closely with operational peers across the High-risk business units.  You will be up to date with the latest legislation guaranteeing all products are produced according to BRC and HACCP regulations challenging existing practices and driving change within the organisation.  

To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate real technical capability in your previous roles within high-risk chilled food environments. You will be a strong manager who motivates teams and colleagues and gains buy-in through your engaging leadership style. Ideally you will be educated to degree level in a food or food related subject.
