The need is for a proven track record of delivering solutions that raise standards and refine working practices. Combining an understanding of NPD, Process and Operational practices you will work with and influence cross functional teams, to raise and maintain standards and identify opportunity.

Our client is a major food group and this role will initially work across two sites; one based in London the other in Lincolnshire. Longer term the aim is for a wider remit to fully utilise your bakery expertise.  

Your remit will be bakery product improvement working across multiple sites of this major food group. Working and influencing cross functional teams, problem solving and putting in place working practices that will deliver the best possible results, maximise efficiencies, improve products and reduce cost.

You will also have regular direct contact with retail clients delivering reassurances endorsing this company's can do approach, adding real credibility. 

To be considered for this role you will need to have a really credible background in all aspects of bakery delivery. You should have lead teams and set standards that have upgraded and refined manufacturing processes.

You will need to lead and influence from the front and win the hearts and minds of teams, take them with you on the journey to positively evolve. You will support and train them to raise their game. You will present and prepare presentations for the Senior Management Team, make recommendations and prepare rational and keep them up to date with new initiatives.
