Job Description

Our Client is a division of a major food group looking to further expand their NPD Team. They have a vacancy based in their North East site for a Product Manager who will work accountable directly dedicated to one of their key retail clients.

Dedicated to a major retail client you will be their point of contact on a daily basis and attend meetings and presentations regularly at their Head Office. You will report to a Divisional Development Controller and be accountable for a small dedicated team including a Development Chef and development technologists. You will organise and issue work loads and be responsible for the effective management of the critical path. 

Our client will consider those who have not had a managerial role in NPD previously but you will need to fully understand the demands and pace of working directly for a retail client and have worked in a chilled NPD Department. Your project management skills will need to be well honed and be able to work under time pressure and support other team members and rise to the challenge of transfer to the factory.
