Are you a Chef who has the ability to engage and inspire, set standards and lead from the front working across a multiple site branded restaurant chain?

Can you take ownership of recipe and menu development and work with site teams to ensure fantastic food is delivery consistently?

Do you have engaging interpersonal skills that will allow you to influence at all levels?

Our client has in excess of 200 restaurants in the UK, a significant number London based. They are part of a global restaurant family with a very distinct brand and have plans to keep on growing and deliver exciting menu options.

We are looking for a Chef who ideally has branded restaurant experience and multiple site accountability. You would also need to have a background in recipe and menu development with a proven track record of delivering great dishes within commercial constraints that meet brand values. It is important for you to be customer and operationally focused and be able to train others, implementing high standards and setting procedures to key team members ensuring measurable food led training programmes are in place.

It will be your responsibility to take ownership of all aspects of food / menu development, working closely with suppliers visiting their sites and stretching and pushing boundaries.You will need to be able to engage, inspire and educate in all aspects of food development, service and delivery driving the brand strategically forward.

Your passion for food and knowledge should be unquestionable, but certainly not a food snob! Your interpersonal skills will need to be refined and able to reach out to all levels of personnel.
