Excellent opportunity for an interim operations specialist!  The site requires a senior level operations candidate with first class leadership skills.  With a strong background in chilled food manufacturing your previous assignments will include driving improvements across operational variances, managing change and encouraging a focussed, positive environment.  An innovative culture is evolving and you will be the key to furthering this change in approach across the factory team.

You will be a lateral thinker, able to solve issues at speed taking the team with you. Being familiar with successful environments you know what ‘good’ looks like and how that goal can be achieved.  To fit the style and approach of the senior team you will have real energy and charisma.  Ready to tackle challenges bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table.

Experience of chilled short shelf-life products is essential.
