Job Description

We need an interim operations candidate with a strong background in short shelf life chilled food manufacturing with significant operational/production experience.

Working within the factory and through your team you will have strong people management skills using a combination of variance and visual management and through a presence on the factory floor.  Strong leadership skills are required as is first class communication and organisation.  Your CV must state operational achievements as facts that are measurable and tangible.  Understanding the importance of the numbers and how to apply those in the factory every day is critical.

Exposure to CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives would be a significant advantage as your platform to put some structure into managing variances and attaining KPI levels.
