This is a long-term interim assignment for an experienced technical manager.  Specific category knowledge is not critical but a strong background in food manufacturing is.  Technical integrity, the interim experience to add value and make an immediate impact and your understanding of the demands of the UK retail sector will be important here.  As always in this industry, pace is important and having the confidence and gravitas to work with the major UK retailers, interpreting and managing their demanding schedules.  A sophisticated communicator, trainer and man manager you will quickly assess the environment and technical systems already in place to make informed, effective technical decisions.
