Our Client is a chilled prepared food business based in the West Midlands, they supply premium, market leading chilled products to the major retailers and are dedicated to driving innovation.  There are good career prospects within the business as they are part of a larger European Group.

As product technologist you will be part of a creative and dedicated development team, reporting directly to the development chef.  You will be responsible for developing products in line with customer briefs and developing products to the agreed quality standards in a food safe manner. A key part of the product technologist role is to ensure the reproduction of accurate product samples, amending recipes in line with customer feedback and recording detailed and accurate information for the NPD team.

The successful candidate for this product technologist role will have a proven track record of working as part of a team in kitchen or development environment and experience in a chilled foods business would be desirable.
