Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit four more Consultants to join our established teams in either Macclesfield in Cheshire or Harrogate in Yorkshire.  The remit will include operational accountability for client management and development, candidate attraction and placement.  IN addition, our Consultants regularly offer more strategic advice to clients across a wide range of issues, so general business acumen is a must.

We have vacancies in a number of our divisions, so can be flexible with potential candidates who would be keen to work in key industry sectors.  We have a successful track record of bringing people into our team from a wide array of career paths.  Clearly if you are an established Recruiter then that would be of interest.  However, we are also keen to talk to candidates from the major High Street retailers, the major food manufacturing groups and food service brands, as your industry knowledge can be a great starting point from which to change your career into recruitment.

If you are a Food Technologist. Product Developer, Buyer, Commercial Manager or have an Operational Manufacturing background, then you could make a good transition into recruitment.

In addition, you need to be a strong project manager, someone who always completes on a task, and be able to embrace a target driven culture that will expect consistent delivery of a commercial objective each and every month.
