Job Description

Our client, based in Lincolnshire, produces both chilled ready to eat and ready to cook products. This site works in partnership with another site within this large food manufacturing group. This group has a great track record of developing / fast tracking employees who have the ambition to reach the top.

In this role you will coordinate the operation of designated machinery and people to ensure effective manufacture of the highest quality products. You must ensure the team are correctly deployed and are performing to standards in adherence to the plan.  You will manage breaks and the shift changeover process to ensure it does not disrupt productivity and workflow.

You will ensure the team is performing to quality standards in terms of GMP, food safety, product quality and presentation and housekeeping. You will also manage improvement activities including KPIs, waste management and production control processes and associated administration and record keeping.

There is a £3,000 shift premium for the night shift.  Both days and nights roles are available.
