Job Description

This manufacturing facility is very impressive, processing a vast and varied product range destined for retailer shelves.

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be a strong Shift Manager who will gain buy in from your teams from the outset. You will effectively manage your team of 50+ people in this multi-shift operation coaching and mentoring ensuring processes and practices are continually assessed and improved in order to increase efficiencies and OEE and achieve 100% customer service levels.

You will take part in and lead Continuous Improvement activities and take pride in your workplace maintaining housekeeping standards at all times.

The successful Shift Manager will be of graduate calibre and will posses;

Good problem solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure, excellent verbal, written & IT communication skills, experience of working in a FMCG environment, (preferably food) and the ambition to reach senior management level.
