Job Description

Our client, based in Nottinghamshire, produces a range of both branded and private label ready to eat chilled food products for all of the UK’s major retailers. This site forms part of a large group that is well known within the food industry.

In this role you will ensure your team have a clear understanding of their roles and accountabilities. You will create a team environment, which allows a continuous improvement culture to develop. You must ensure that training and development plans are in place, and that they are actively reviewed for both you and your team.

You will ensure that the targeted output for both plant and processes are met, manage production KPIs and manage your labour appropriately.
