The client manufacturers a range of chilled products for the Major Retailers.  The client is constantly developing and improving current practices and is keen to attract candidates that can add to this change journey.

The Technical Manager has site responsibility for Technical and works closely with all members of the site management team. The Technical Managers role provides expert Technical advise and information to internal and external customers.  It ensures that Technical systems and procedures are understood and communicated.  That the systems are fully documented and maintained within a recognised system. The role manages communication on all Technical matters with Internal Functions, Retailers, Suppliers on site to ensure that company technical views are constantly considered.
The role would manage Quality Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager/Assistant Technical Manager with proven knowledge in added value chilled food.
 
Managing teams of QA Managers
Food Safety and practical application (recalls withdrawals)
Food degree or related Microbiology
Excellent Presentation and Communication
