Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and developing commercially focused Account Manager to work closely with the commercial manager and a premium range customer across 2 sites.

Job Description

The client is a multinational, multi product giant who produces huge numbers of products each week for all of the major retailers. Product quality and Innovation are core values and they strive for the best in each. This business has a number of sites for you to potentially work in & to further develop your career across a number of different product categories and customers.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Information Gathering - collate customer specific sales data (Tesco.dot,  Retailer link, Dunn Humby, LMG etc.)
• Information Interrogation – analysis of multiple data sources to identify key findings and recommend action to drive the account forward
• Performance Monitoring – track sales including new products & promotions against forecast and recommend action to meet or exceed targets
• NPD – contribute to the formulation of development briefs in conjunction with NPD and marketing, Deliver agreed NPD on time and to target.
• Customer Relationships – man mark and develop good relationship with the Buyer

The ideal candidate will have an excellent analytical mind being able to draw meaning and insight from the data analysis. You should also have business acumen and commercial awareness as this will be working closely with a premium retailer.
