Job Description

Our client, based in London, produces a wide range of chilled, ready to cook products and supplies most of the UK’s major retailers. This is a multi-business unit site, which makes up part of a large chilled food manufacturing group, known as a market leader within the chilled food arena.

In this role you will support the Product Development and Process departments in the creation of Back of Pack copy information and assist in the organisation of taste and sensory panel sessions as required and support the Product Development function.

You will be required to create cooking instructions for new and existing products across all three sites. You must organise sensory panels and internal benchmarking sessions, and collate and send out the analytical results following them.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

• Knowledge of Food Safety issues
• A clean driving license and a car to use for ingredients sourcing and benchmark shopping
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
