Our client, based in Nottinghamshire, is a market leader within the food industry that supplies into major UK retailers. This site produces chilled products that are both innovative and exciting to work with.

The remit of this interim role will include leading and motivating a small QA team, monitoring and evaluating the products and processing systems and ensuring that agreed standards of quality are achieved.

You will direct the QA team in audit production processes, ensuring that all products are made to specification and within customer codes of practice. In addition to this you will take the lead in generating and maintaining a quality management culture on site, delivering against department and company KPIs. In this role you will be reporting to the QA Assistant Manager and will be required to liaise with production teams to deliver standards.

The shift pattern for this role is four on four off and the hours are 6am – 6pm.

To be successful for this role you must have:

• Relevant experience of leading a Quality/Technical team
• Minimum of 12 months working with HACCP
• Experience of Internal Auditing
