As the Interim Resourcing Specialist you will have a proven track record of supporting a business and knowing what ‘good’ looks like in terms of key appointments. The successful candidate will need to assist in the recruitment process, identifying the required quality and calibre of individuals to meet the operational and strategic goals of the business moving forward. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience interviewing at all levels and the ability to prioritise and organise their workload.

To be successful you must have:

• At least 2 years experience within a HR / Recruitment role
• Experience within FMCG / Food Manufacturing
• Experience of CV selection and extensive interviewing.
