Job Description

A proven Hygiene professional is sought by a large blue chip food manufacturer.

The site itself is located in South Lincolnshire and produces a range of chilled products for the UK’s retailers. The site is currently going through one of its busiest periods and produces large numbers of product on a daily basis. This site is part of an international chilled food manufacturing group.

In this role you will supervise, organise and control effectively the night shift running of the hygiene department. You will ensure the optimal utilisation of plant, materials and people to achieve set objectives and hygiene schedules.

You will be accountable for the safety, hygiene issues and to deal with personnel issues resulting in an efficiently run operation. You will be responsible for assigned budgets and control as necessary and be responsible for a large hygiene team.

You must ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs within your area through the team, making sure that KPIs are understood and systems are in place to collect the necessary data to measure performance against the agreed standards.

Hours for this role: 6pm – 6am
