Night QA Auditor

A Night QA Auditor is sought for a large blue chip food manufacturer. 

This is your chance to secure a QA Auditor role with a major player in the UK Food Industry.

 

This site supplies most of the UK’s retailers with a wide range of short shelf life chilled food products. The site is located in South Lincolnshire and forms part of an international food-manufacturing group that has a large number of sites across the UK.

You will be a key member of the business Quality Assurance team with responsibilities for auditing and verifying systems and procedures to ensure product safety, quality and legality, whilst protecting the reputation of the Company.

You must understand and apply the business Quality Standards ensuring company, customer and legislative requirements are met and maintained by setting standards and monitoring good manufacturing practices, applying HACCP principles and preventing reoccurrence of non-conformance against these standards.

You will also support the Factory teams by providing technical support and advice, seeking guidance from the QA Supervisor/Manager on any technical issues e.g. CCP and pre requisite management, calibration of measuring equipment, labelling, raw materials, and tractability.
