Job Description

Our client is a global premium branded business manufacturing a range of products that are available in most of the major retailers throughout the UK and internationally.With a business that has demonstrated year-on-year growth and a portfolio of over 200 brands, out client is looking to further strengthen the senior team with the appointment of a Process & Project Specialist.

The Process & Project Specialist aims to assist the manufacturing function in achieving its budgeted financial plan by optimising, improving and maximising the efficiencies of the plant, production processes and equipment by ensuring all processes perform to optimum standards. The Process & Project Specialist will co-ordinate the activities required to deliver processing reliability and product quality, focussing on Continuous Improvement whilst contributing to the company’s overall strategy, and demonstrating the company values and behaviours.

Ideally you will be degree qualified in engineering or a science related discipline and will have FMCG experience within the beverage processing industry. You will be an experienced project manager and will have worked with pasteurisation, filling and bottling processes and will be functionally excellent in these areas. You will have strong negotiation, communication, people and analytical skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret complex data and distil into actionable information
