Job Description

This renowned business is looking to develop its R&D team with the appointment of a Product Developer who understands proteins such as meat, fish and cheese and can work up suitable culinary solutions to develop their customers’ business.

You will be required to develop creative ideas for the market as well as co ordinate and prepare customized product solutions to meet customer briefs.  Improvement of existing products through value engineering projects will also be part of your remit.

Working closely with customers entails visits to present concepts as well as work up initiatives, with operational teams, to first production stage.

This role would suit Product Developers who are accustomed to working with meat or fish products, especially on coating technologies.

This is an English speaking role in order to communicate with an international customer base – though the ability to learn German will facilitate your integration locally!
