Our client is one of the leading chilled food groups in the UK with a reputation that is second to none, based on their commitment to product quality, service and innovation. At one of their key sites in East Anglia, they are seeking to strengthen their development function by appointing a new Senior Development Technologist to the team.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, this person will be expected to play a key part in future business development by launching first to market products that are not only highly innovative but also commercially viable. You will be tasked with the management of a Process Technologist and as such it is imperative that you empower them, replicating the culture that permeates throughout the rest of the business. You will also need to form an effective relationship with the retail customer and as such excellent presentation skills are a must.

We are seeking an individual who is of graduate calibre and has full concept to launch experience in a food manufacturing environment. You will need to have superb project management skills and be a confident communicator both internally and externally.
