The company is now seeking a Senior Technical Innovation Manager, this role will report directly to the Technical Director and comes with a great deal of autonomy.  As Senior Technical Innovation Manager you will have a broad and diverse remit, including line manager responsibilities for technical managers who are accountable for specific areas within the company. Food Safety and Quality will be a significant part of this role but Product Technical Innovation will be the main focus of the Senior Technical Innovation Managers role.  You will be the ambassador for technical innovation within the business and will drive the innovation pipeline alongside your development colleagues.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have extensive experience within the Branded FMCG sector, working within a variety of different product categories.  You will have a track record of delivering first to market innovations within competitive food markets and you will display good commercial acumen.  You will be an experienced people manager with the desire to achieve team results in a challenging and demanding environment.
