Job Description

Our client is an independent importer and manufacturer of premium ambient products for the business-to-business and wholesale markets. With a varied product range based on a core material, our client is innovative in its marketplace, and looking to further strengthen the Management team by the appointment of a Production Team Leader.

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will lead and organise the team and resources in the most efficient way in order to achieve production schedules. Your responsibilities will include labour control, minimising waste, effectively managing product rework and ensuring product quality is maintained.

Ideally you will be currently in a similar role in an FMCG food-based environment or you will be looking to step up into your first supervisory position.
