Job Description

This American specialist food retailer has an excellent track record of establishing successful stores in England and is now looking to launch in Scotland. With most of the team in place, it just needs to appoint a Team Leader to manage the ‘Prepared Food Department’.

You will need to posses previous experience in a prepared foods environment with a minimum of two years experience supervising a team of more than 30 in a food or retail business.

The role gives you responsibility for a good sized team and the accountability for operations embracing·
Customer service – ensuring high levels are consistently achieved
Financials – driving sales, controlling costs, inventory management
Merchandising – department presentation, point of sale, buying products
Compliance – with all operational regulations and standards
