As Innovations Development Manager you will be responsible for driving innovation within two of the business sites, working cross functionally to understand the needs of the customer and driving projects to end delivery. You will work on products from concept to launch and will be involved in running factory trials as well as working in a creative, blue sky environment. As innovations development manager you will focus on providing cost effective new product, process and packaging development and technical support to the Dairy Crest business.

To be considered for this highly interesting and demanding role you will have a food industry background and will be educated to degree level in food science or related degree. You will have a proven track record of delivering commercially viable, innovative products into a competitive market and your communication skills both verbally and written will be of an exceptional standard.
