Job Description

A growing business in the food industry supplying to both foodservice and the major retailers. They have a number of sites and need a logistics professional who understands how to motivate, lead and drive a team of individuals. An understanding of warehousing is critical to this role to enable the efficient delivery of the change management, team building and motivational leadership that is required. Having worked in logistics as an interim manager you will have the experience to understand where the issues are and have the gravitas to drive this team forward. Interpersonal skills and sophisticated man management skills are critical to this role.

A ‘common sense approach’ to continuous improvement will improve the processes and the people piece will augment the change required behaviourally. Ideally candidates will have an IOSH qualification.

The client require someone to start in September.
