Our client is a major chilled food producer, supplying some of the leading UK retailers with premium, chilled dessert products. The business prides itself of the quality and innovation of its products and an important factor in the delivery of these in the consistent, quality manufacturing of these. They hygiene team within the business is going through a restructure to help support the delivery of first class consistent product and as such the company is looking for two experienced hygiene team leaders to work during the night shift.

As Nights Hygiene Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning tasks are carried out in a safe manner, to the required frequency and the required standard each and every time. You will also be accountable for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the team, reporting any issues that could cause a quality or safety issue. As hygiene team leader you may sometimes need to deputise for the hygiene manager so the role carries a good deal of responsibility.
