As Operations Innovations Manager you will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing and you will be the operations lead in development for all NPD and major change projects. As such you will have a strong interface with the Marketing NPD group and all the factory leadership teams. You will support the delivery of factory trials by ensuring communication, ownership and involvement, where appropriate, by the site operations teams. As Operations Innovations Manager you will work collaboratively with the NPD and Packaging teams to ensure cost effective delivery of NPD projects and trials. You will also effectively manage third party involvement as appropriate.

To be considered for the role of Operations Innovations Manager you will be educated to degree or HND level within a Science, Engineering or Business discipline and you will have a health and safety qualification.
