Job Description

The London based client is a well-respected company that leads the way in terms of product development. This site supplies nearly all of the UK’s retailers with a wide range of short shelf life products.

In this role you will assist in managing the day-to-day Process Development, to enable successful delivery of new product launches to agreed time scales and customer satisfaction.You will assist and develop continuous improvement programmes that will ensure the company is a leader in the market place.

You must provide all the relevant trial information in order to assess products accurately maintaining supporting documentation for the requirements of the Process System.

Another part of this role will be to evaluate the risk of introducing new products, processes, equipment, materials and ingredients to ensure that they can be delivered into the factory through effective communication and knowledge.

To apply for this role you must:

• Have experience in retail web based specification systems.
• Have knowledge of nutritional values and artwork requirements.
• Have experience of interpreting microbiological data and shelf life protocols.
