Job Description

Our client is an independent importer and manufacturer of premium ambient products for the business-to-business and wholesale markets. With a varied product range based on a core material, our client is innovative in its marketplace, and looking to further strengthen the Management team by the appointment of a Quality Technician.

Reporting to the Production Manager you will manage the day-to-day technical and quality requirements for the factory. This will include some lab work, ensuring HACCP procedures are adhered to, quality checks on raw materials and finished product and dealing with an technical issues that may arise.

Ideally you will have a proven track record a similar role in an FMCG food-based environment and will have experience of HACCP, BRC & ISO production standards. You will be a strong team player and be able to work under your own supervision.
