We are recruiting for a Raw Materials Quality Auditor needed to help support a busy Technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a foothold in a large international food manufacturing group.

Our client based in London supplies the UK’s major retailers with a wide range of ready to eat chilled food products.

This is a multi-site business unit that is one of the largest sites within this international group. This position is critical in ensuring that all steps of the manufacturing process are audited against industry guidelines. The role is one of the focal points for a successful implementation of a QA culture within this business.

In this role you will monitor and audit CCPs (Critical Control Points), including checks and records in line with internal and external requirements. You will investigate, communicate and implement corrective action following internal or external non-conformances, or out of specification micro results, nutritional results, customer complaints etc.

You must audit hygiene standards in the production environment and carry out investigative swabs to monitor hygiene standards and investigate out of specification results. You will also carry out trend analysis of site information (non-conformances, concession and rejections, complaints, out of spec results, internal foreign bodies, taste panel etc.) and use to target improvements.

To apply for this role you must:

• Have an understanding of HACCP and Micro results.
• Experience of auditing within a Food Manufacturing environment.
