Job Description

Our client will provide you with the relevant Visa sponsorship and relocation package to facilitate a move out to Australia for up to four years! (Thereafter, you may even be able to apply for permanent residency - subject to restrictions at that time.)

If you have Product Development or Technical Innovations experience of any one of the following three product categories: Health, Beauty or Babycare – and would like to experience life on the other side of the world, then here’s your opportunity! Your role will be to provide quality, technical and innovations leadership for your category, with responsibility for a small team of Product Development Technologists.

You will be involved in delivering cross category innovation projects as well as improving on existing products to ensure they stand ahead of the competition.

You will need to be accomplished in project management, delivering to timelines and budgets whilst working with a number of stakeholders internally and externally. You will need to demonstrate a strong commercial appreciation as to where the market is going, what’s new in terms of packaging etc bringing to the table proposals for commercially viable products.
