We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Production Shift Manager to join a chilled food manufacturing business that is known as a Market Leader

Job Description

This business is currently going through a period of change and the emphasis is on appointing strong production candidates who will help the business move forward operationally. There has been a large investment made to both people and equipment in order to move this business forward positively. The site produces a wide range of high quality chilled food products and supplies the UK’s major retailers.

The main remit of this role is to be seen as a mentor and coach to your team whilst delivering against agreed standards and KPIs.

You will manage the communication process in your area to ensure that your team is well informed on business and production news and that communication is clear and visible. You will manage the performance of all team members including direct reports through development mentoring, meeting and performance reviews.
