Our client is based in the South West and is one of the leading chilled food groups supplying a major top four UK retailer. They are seeking to strengthen the team by appointing a new Category Analyst to the business.

This exciting opportunity will enable the business to maintain and further develop its leading edge category management strategy. You will work towards building lasting relationships, building market share and ultimately profit. You will be responsible for communicating market data and trends to customers and making recommendations for alternative consumer approaches.

We are seeking somebody of graduate calibre who has operated at a similar level within the food manufacturing industry, who thrives to develop to more senior roles. You could be the person they are looking for!! You will need to have previous experience of analysing various forms of qualitative and quantitative data. You will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills and have the drive to achieve.
