This business produces some of the most recognised brands in the world - excellent products produced in a world class-manufacturing environment. This business manufactures a huge range of products - some you would associate with them and others you wouldn't! This role is based at their flagship site and the company has an immediate impact and continues to impress.

This role will be focusing on managing day-to-day workloads and leading a team of between 5-20 people. Working on a rotating days and nights shift, this role will be about motivating the work force while working on projects, therefore knowledge of Lean methods and CI work will be a big plus. You will be responsible for actively managing the team and developing them including their personal development plans and making them the managers of tomorrow.

This role requires someone with excellent man management skills and ideally a relevant degree/HND. Food/drink manufacturing experience will be a big plus and if you are able to show previous examples of factory improvement work you have done then so much the better.
