Job Description

We look for people who can manage projects in a professional and timely manner through to conclusion; someone who deals positively with colleagues and customers alike; someone who has in-depth understanding of the UK food industry and the important relationship between manufacturers and the big retailers.  All of that is relevant to your current role and for us too.  As are personal energy and total commitment to the project in hand.

If you are operating at a management level in food manufacturing, food retail or food service, then this could be a really interesting new career path for you to consider.   We are happy to talk to interested candidates from a variety of functions, whether that be Commercial, NPD, Technical, HR, Production or Logistics, and can offer a highly regarded induction and training programme to develop your new skills in recruitment.

We work with an impressive list of the leading UK retailers, major branded food groups, key private label suppliers, plus foodservice companies - both within the UK and increasingly on a more international basis.  So you could be helping those businesses find their new people talent, working in a consultative and strategic partnership.

Based in either Macclesfield or Harrogate, we offer a sector leading remuneration package made up of base salary, car allowance, pension contribution and significant bonus potential.
