Job Description

Our client is a significant multi-sited chilled & frozen manufacturer supplying all of the major retailers, now looking to further the management team by the appointment of a Senior Packaging Technologist.

Responsibilities will include:

• Create, develop and implement industrialised packaging solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.
• Deliver robust packaging specifications following formal risk management process at best total costs.
• Strongly influence and shape the course of packaging development projects in conjunction with the wider project teams whilst providing high quality formal and informal communication on project progress.
• Improve factory efficiency via agreed projects on packaging, incorporating the benefits of a strong factory relationship.
• Take ownership for and facilitate resolution to inbound packaging defects/issues.
