As Technical Development Manager you will be responsible for supporting the food category to deliver safe, legal and quality products, sourced from suppliers with ethical standards. You will work closely with suppliers ensuring excellent standards of innovation, packaging and driving quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the NPD launch process, setting critical paths and ensuring products pass consumer panels. As Technical Development Manager you will be responsible for all technical policies and procedures relating to your category area.

To be considered for this Technical Development Manager role you will be a customer focused, technical professional with good leadership capabilities. You will be degree educated in a food related discipline and have previous experience working within the food manufacturing or retail industry in a technically focused role.
