Job Description

We are retained by this branded and private label business to secure outstanding commercial talent to support its strategic growth plans. The company operates in a hugely exciting and growing market sector and has ambitious but achievable plans for the growth of the operation. All sales channels are exceeding plan, consumer research has given a significant opportunity for future development and there is a market leading branded innovations programme underway. Selection criteria include well-developed knowledge and commercial experience of the UK Manufacturing sector, Ideally you will have experience and/or knowledge of the In Store Bakery category.
We will be looking for a proven record of success of growing business in these sectors – with a track record of being an influencer and skilled networker who has developed strong relationships that will be sustainable in this new position.
We will be looking for well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation ability and a real appreciation of consumer insight.
