Job Description

Our client, based in the East Midlands, produces a wide range of both own label and branded chilled products for all the major multiples. This site is part of a large, growing food manufacturing group, so if you’re hungry for success and crave career progression, this is the company for you.

In this role you will innovate and develop new products to give the desired margin for both the customer and the business in conjunction with the Product Manager and Development Chef.

You must understand the wants and needs of both internal and external customers, presenting facts and ideas clearly and accurately to customers in a supporting role. You will innovate new products and processes to maintain and grow a creative catalogue of lines for the customers.

You will monitor quality of new and existing products for the customers, and plan, organise and control resources to deliver concepts to an agreed quality and timescale.

To apply for this role you must have experience in an NPD role and have developed new concepts and product briefs. Ideally you will have a food related degree however this is not essential.
