This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative, open and expanding food company.As Head of Operations you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the manufacturing facility, outlining positive change programmes and driving the business forward, whilst maximising profit opportunities. You will be tasked with delivering the sites operational strategic plan for the next three to five years.

As Head of Operations you will be an active member of the business leadership team, ensuring future growth and success for the company as a whole. You will have a passion for delivering manufacturing excellence, always striving to find more efficient ways to manufacture whilst maintaining current, high quality standards. As Head of Operations you will be involved in numerous CAPEX projects and will propose investment plans in order to ensure a sustainable, cost efficient site.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be a successful production manager or operations director with a proven track record of developing high performing teams and driving business growth. You will be degree educated in management or related subject.
