Job Description

Our client, based in Lincolnshire, produces a wide range of short shelf life chilled food products and supplies the Uk’s major retailers. This site is part of a large, growing food manufacturing group, so if you're hungry for success and crave career progression, this is the company for you.

In this role you will work as part of the HR team in providing comprehensive HR advice, coaching and support service to all areas of the business for all HR matters.

You will co-ordinate the weekly absence management process working with Line Managers to highlight absence issues and ensure appropriate action is taken. You must ensure there is a consistent approach to absence management.

You will advise and support on the first stages of the disciplinary process with Line Managers with support from a more senior HR person on site.

You must provide Admin support to the HR team and line managers, in all HR matters, ensuring accuracy of information completed to records and systems in a manner, which reflect the company values.
