Job Description

Our client, based in the East Midlands, produces a wide range of both own label and branded chilled products for all the major multiples. This site is part of a large, growing food manufacturing group, so if you’re hungry for success and crave career progression, this is the company for you.

You will provide an efficient and professional HR service to the business incorporating employee relations, recruitment, selection and induction, personnel/payroll admin, training and development, the management of communication.You will be charged with a number of key accountabilities reporting directly to the HR Director and company CEO.

All suitable qualifications must have the following

• CIPD Qualified or equivalent
• Member of appropriate professional body
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in functional role
• Computer literacy
