Our client is a large blue chip business with over ten site across the UK. This business has some of the UK’s best known branded products and also works with all the major retailers on own label products. With a huge drive on innovation the company is looking to strengthen it’s innovations team.

As Innovation Delivery Manager you will be responsible for driving the NPD pipeline and other related change products within the designated sector. The key purpose of this role is to form the common bond between the NPD and operations team. As Innovations Delivery Manager you will be the operations lead in development of all NPD and major change projects. The role is a very customer focused one and a good deal of time will be spent ensuring all site KPI’s and standards are adhered to and met. Ensuring the delivery of factory trials with effective planning and communication is a key part of this position.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree educated in an engineering subject or equivalent. You will have experience of change programmes and a good understanding of health and safety.
